SO, MY ASTRAL BODY FINALLY GOT DETACHED (CONSCIOUSLY)

It was the turn of the 20th century and I was standing on a busy street corner in a large town. There were horse drawn buggies competing with motorcars as they rolled down the streets. Pedestrians walking in the sidewalks were all dressed in period clothes. The sun was shining and I could feel the wonderful warmth caressing my face. The gentle breeze carried with it the fragrance of a nearby bakery. This is not a movie set. This is very real.
"Now this is what I'm talking about" I thought to myself.
Moments before I was quietly lying in my bed, relaxed, and drifting off to sleep. My physical body became effervescent; vibrating with a wonderful tingling sensation. With excitement I thought, "This must be the feeling I'd learned about in Steve G. Jones Astral Projection Course'."
I remember my astral body drifting above my bed as I let go. "Show me the possible" was the last thought I remember before finding myself experiencing the delicious fragrance of freshly baked bread.
I have had many similar astral projection experiences since this first journey. Time Travel, Galaxy Jumping and just having fun has been my expectation since studying and practicing astral projection.
My astral projection experiences give me the ever growing knowledge of just how important I am to the Universal Whole. My astral journeys have also opened a deeper spiritual reality in my life. I'm growing in the understanding that "Life" is too simple for me to make so complicated. Astral Projections are a very important piece of who I am, and where I'm going.
